Is Med Center Health enrollment free?

Enrollment is fast and free, based upon information provided by your Med Center Health caregiver. You’ll need a name, date of birth, social security number, email address on file with your caregiver and your medical record number.

The TLRMC Patient Portal is an online tool that goes a step beyond simply displaying information by helping patients manage their healthcare easily and securely.

Can family access TLRMC?

Can my family access my TLRMC Patient Portal? Yes, but only with your permission. You can provide family members or portal proxies (legal designees) access to your MyHealth patient portal. A portal proxy is a person that has been legally designated to view your medical records.
