The Utah Department of Health (UDOH) is not able to give you test results. If you haven’t received your tests results, contact the healthcare provider where you were tested.

How do I sign up for the University of Utah portal?

The system will only use your University of Utah email address for all communication (i.e., u1234567@utah.edu). Passwords must contain a mix of letters, numbers, upper and lower case characters. If you are a spouse or dependent of a student, you will need to call our office to set up your account prior to registering for the portal.
