How do I get test results from testutah?

Results of tests from TestUtah sites will be emailed with a link to the patient portal where results can be accessed. For issues with accessing TestUtah results, please call (801) 683-0790.

How do I log in to the patient portal?

Welcome to the Patient Portal. You may log in using your username and password. If you have forgotten your username/password, click Forgot Password below, and then enter your U email address that begins with your University ID (e.g., u0123456@utah.edu). Proxy emails, i.e., firstname.lastname@utah.edu will not work for verification.

How do I sign up for the University of Utah portal?

The system will only use your University of Utah email address for all communication (i.e., u1234567@utah.edu). Passwords must contain a mix of letters, numbers, upper and lower case characters. If you are a spouse or dependent of a student, you will need to call our office to set up your account prior to registering for the portal.
