How long does it take to enroll in UMC?

Enrollment takes less than five minutes. If you had a healthcare visit to UMC or El Paso Children's Hospital you should have received an invitation to enroll for the portal via email. If you did not receive an email, please visit the hospital's Registration Department for enrollment assistance.

How many characters should a password have?

Include upper and lower case characters. A password with at least six characters with both uppercase & lowercase letters, special characters and numbers is best for security. Include a mix of upper and lower case characters plus numbers.

In-person Request (Films &/or Medical Records/Reports): To obtain your images on a CD and/or a complete copy of all of your records (including registration forms, referrals, billing statements, etc.), visit our medical records department, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
