By simply signing up at the clinic front desk, you can have 24-hour access to your medical records on the internet. To register, you will provide an email address and sign a consent form. Next, a temporary password will be e-mailed to you with access instructions.
MyHealth. MyHealth is UNM's patient portal where you can manage your health care outside of the traditional office visit.

A reasonable charge is not more than $30 for the first 15 pages, and $0.25 per page thereafter. Patients may be charged the actual cost of reproduction for electronic records and record formats other than paper, such as x-rays. The board will review the reasonable charge periodically.

Care Everywhere (CE) is a module within the EHR that allows users with appropriate security to electronically access and download patient medical record information from other health care organizations for Treatment purposes, as defined by HIPAA (refer to the glossary).

At check-in, please give us your contact information, medical record number and copayment. If you haven’t already completed a health history form, you’ll fill one out.
Your provider may recommend certain tests and screenings—such as mammograms, lab work or colonoscopies, depending on your age and medical history. You may meet with a nurse for help in setting and achieving health goals. We may also refer you to see a specialist for advanced care.
During your appointment, take notes or ask a family member to help. You can ask your provider to write down instructions for you and request printed information about your condition.
