How do I connect to the UT Medical Center healthelife portal?

Where is UTHealth Neurosciences located in Houston?

UTHealth Neurosciences-Texas Medical Center is located on the 28th floor of the Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza (MHMP), suite 2800, and the UTHealth Neurosciences-Spine Center is on the 21st floor, in suite 2150. The building is on the corner of Fannin and Cambridge streets, in Houston’s Texas Medical Center.

About This Service

UT Health Austin’s MyUTHA Patient Portal is your secure, online connection to portions of your UT Health Austin electronic medical record. Through your personal MyUTHA Patient Portal account, you can view your patient summaries, lab results, and immunization records as well as contact your care team, manage your appointments, and more.

Depending on how you have engaged with UT Health Austin in the past, either as a patient, a COVID-19 vaccine recipient, or an employee, you may have access to more than one portal after you log in.

What is UTHealth Neurosciences?

UTHealth Neurosciences-Texas Medical Center’s affiliated neuro-oncologists provide medical treatment for rare and common spine and brain cancers. These highly specialized physicians, who are affiliated with the Mischer Neuroscience Institute, offer patients expert cancer management. Patients can also take part in important clinical trials of promising new treatments.

Where is self parking available at the University of Texas?

Parking is also available in the University of Texas Professional Building Garage adjacent to the Medical Plaza.

How long does a UtHealth activation code last?

For your security, your activation code expires after 14 days and is no longer valid after the first time you use it. If you still have problems, please email us at helpdesk@myuthealth.org or call 855-316-4256.

Where does myUTHealth come from?

Your MyUTHealth information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your doctor’s office. Ask your doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next clinic visit. Your health information is reviewed and updated in your electronic medical record each visit.

Is MyUTHealth a federal company?

MyUTHealth is owned and operated by UTHealth and is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and email address is treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased by MyUTHealth.
