After-Hours Care

Valley View Family Practice always has a doctor-on-call and available after-hours. If you or a loved one need to see your provider when our office is closed, please call (585) 554-3119, and follow the instructions to reach the on-call physician. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.

How to Pay Your Bill

For services rendered before January 27, 2020, please call (585) 554-3119. For services rendered after January 27, 2020, please pay your bill through Rochester Regional Health .

New Patients

Be sure to bring your insurance card, ID and a complete list of all medications—prescription and over the counter—that you are currently taking for your first appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. To request an appointment, call 865-305-6970.

Patient Portal

University Medical Group physicians now allows patients to perform tasks online such requesting appointments, accessing your health information, test results and prescription refills by logging into your Patient Portal.
