Can I bring my previous medical records to wellspace health?

In order to provide you the best possible care, your WellSpace Health provider will likely ask to review your previous medical records, if available. You may have your records faxed by your previous primary care provider to (916) 313-8452 or bring them with you.

What forms of payment does wellspace health accept?

WellSpace Health accepts cash, debit cards, Discover, VISA and MasterCard. The confidential nature of your health information is taken seriously by WellSpace Health.

What to bring to a medical appointment?

What to bring to your appointment. Always bring your Medi-Cal or Medicare card when you visit one of our health centers. If it is your first visit, please bring proper identification, such as a valid driver’s license, birth certificate or other form of official identification.

Does Wellspace accept Medicare?

WellSpace Health accepts Medi-Cal and Medicare insurance. If you do not currently have either of these and do not know if you qualify, our friendly health center staff will put you in touch with outreach workers who can assist you.
