Why do we need a patient portal?

Having a patient portal account helps the practice create a more accurate record of your medical history as well as educate you on certain aspects of your health. It provides you and the practice with a more efficient means of communication, eliminating sources of frustration such as phone tag.

What do I need to use the Medent Patient Portal?

What do I need to use MEDENT Patient Portal. You will need access to a computer connected to the internet and an up-to-date browser (such as Internet Explorer or Safari). You will also need an email address. The email address you provide is only used to notify you when you have a new message in your portal account.

How to sign up for a patient portal?

We encourage you to sign up for our Patient Portal! With the portal you can: 1 Send a secure nonurgent message to our nurses and doctors 2 Attach a photo (what is that rash?) 3 Obtain forms (daycare forms, school physicals, etc) and shot records 4 Request medication refills 5 View lab and xray reports

What is the phone number for a sick visit?

We offer in-office and telemedicine appointments. When you arrive for your sick visit please remain in your car and call 662-7337 option 4 to let us know you have arrived. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned between patients.

Is Walk-In Clinic suspended?

Walk-In Clinic is temporarily suspended. Please call the nurses line to discuss your sick child. Sick visits are presently by appointment only and can be done in office, by televisit or video visit with a provider
