How do I retrieve messages from ABCD Pediatrics?

Once registered at the new portal, if ABCD Pediatrics needs to communicate with you about medical or administrative matters, we can leave messages for you at the portal, where you can retrieve them at your convenience by logging in to your account through a unique password.

What is the medent patient portal?

The MEDENT Patient Portal provides you with secure, online access to portions of your medical records, as well as an easy and convenient way to communicate with the practice through a secure internet connection. Think of it as an online account for your doctor's office, similar to online banking or credit card accounts you may currently have.

Why do we need a patient portal?

Having a patient portal account helps the practice create a more accurate record of your medical history as well as educate you on certain aspects of your health. It provides you and the practice with a more efficient means of communication, eliminating sources of frustration such as phone tag.

How to check lab results at Abco?

1. Log in to your Abco Medical Center patient portal account. If you do not have one, please contact the Office at 216-226-2626. 2. Once you log in, click on the "Chart" tab along the top. 3. You are the reason we are here and do what we do. We are dedicated to making sure you feel cared for and important. In addition, we are dedicated to providing you with compassionate, high-quality medical care.

Office hours

New patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes early to complete paperwork. You can download, print, and complete the forms prior to your appointment. Please bring the completed forms, a list of all medications you are currently taking, recent copies of x-rays, lab results, photo ID and your insurance card to your appointment.

Medication Refills

Please contact your pharmacy for refill requests. Your pharmacy will fax us the request and your refills will be processed within 72 hours. You may also request refills on the patient portal.

Billing

We require payment of your co-payment and past-due account balances at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards. (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.)

Insurance

We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring your insurance card and I.D. with you to every visit so we can ensure that our records are accurate.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise.

After-hours & emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911. However, if you need after-hours advice for a medical concern, please call (512) 901-1111 and our answering service will assist you.
