Jefferson Health – Abington has switched to a new electronic health record, which includes an improved patient portal called MyJeffersonHealth. MyJeffersonHealth has replaced our previous patient portals, MyLink/MyDoctor and MyLink/MyHospital.

MyJeffersonHealth gives you free, online access to your Jefferson Health medical record whenever you want it.
