The patient portal is an application or a website that a healthcare provider provides for its patients to use. It allows the patient to communicate with their doctors and ask questions about their health care without having to make an appointment.
If you would like to sign up and don’t have an After Visit summary from your physician or a Baptist Health facility, visit MyChart to get an activation code. Once you have your activation code, you can setup your username and password on the MyChart website .
To login to MyChart, visit mychart.baptisthealth.com. Once on the page, enter your username and password that you setup when your created your account and click Sign In.
After logging into your MyChart account, hover over the Messaging tab and select “Ask a Question”
The My Baptist Connect website is a safe, private way for Baptist Health patients to stay connected to their personal health information.
To enroll, all you need is a secure Personal Information Number, or PIN. We’ll send you a secure PIN by mail after your visit — or we can email it to you as a part of your registration process, if you prefer.
MyChart is a free patient portal that combines your Baptist Health medical records into one location.
If you would like to sign up and don’t have an After Visit summary from your physician or a Baptist Health facility or an activation code, you can still sign up for MyChart. If you've been a Baptist Health patient, your MyChart account will connect to your medical record.
You also may import information from MyChart into other applications that, with your permission, can use that data to help you manage your care, medications, nutrition and more.
If you have any difficulties navigating in the portal, access the Support Portal for self-help and chat support. Support is also available by phone at 1-877-621-8014. Once you receive your Baptist Gateway log-in email, you have 90 Days to enroll before your log-in expires.
Baptist Gateway offers patients of Baptist Health Facilities a simple and convenient way to manage their healthcare, how, where and when it’s best for them. Your Baptist Gateway account is completely secure, FREE to use and is available 24 hours per day.
The chapel is located on the first floor of the hospital near the main entrance is always open to provide a quiet place for prayer and meditation. Sunday service: 10:00 a.m. (Also viewable live on channel 6 in patient rooms.) Weekday prayers: 9:30 a.m. until 9:45 a.m.

The Ann L. and Joseph H. Powell Library for patients and visitors is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and is on the 1st floor of 6025 Walnut Grove, Medical Plaza 1. Services include computer and internet access, faxing, photocopying, as well as health-related resources available for checkout.

As a patient, you have the right to have designated visitors and/or a designated support person present such as a spouse, a domestic partner, another family member, or a friend. All visitors designated by you shall enjoy visitation privileges that are similar to those your immediate family members would enjoy.
Our hospital chaplains are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., to provide spiritual support during your stay. We also have a chaplain on call 24/7. In the case of emergency or crisis, please notify your nurse who will have a chaplain paged. You may also use the iTigr screen on your hospital room television to request a chaplain visit by selecting Hospital Chaplains and following the steps to request a visit during regular chaplain hours.
It is open daily to patients and visitors from 6:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Prayer rooms are also located on floors 3, 5 and 6.

Children are allowed to visit patients unless prohibited by the patient’s physician or the nurse determines it could adversely affect the visitor or the patient. Persons who are sick, including children, should not visit patients.
