Wayne Bierbaum, MD

Andrea Matthews, MD

Dr. Matthews is a native of the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She earned her medical degree and family medicine training at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. She attended undergraduate school at the University of South Carolina in Columbia.

Nyediang Ateghang, RN, FNP

Ms. Nyediang Ateghang is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Wayne University and another in Nursing from Rodgers, The State University. Ms. Ateghang completed the Master of Science in Nursing program from Chamberlain College of Nursing, ultimately becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Jana Raup, Ph.D., LCPC

Jana Raup has been a licensed, practicing mental health professional since 1988. She has worked with patients from the community and Bay Community Health (BCH) since 2002 and in 2013 was hired by BCH to develop the Behavioral Health program. Dr. Raup continues to serve as both Director of Behavioral Health and as a BCH therapist.

Narlie Bedney, LCPC

Ms. Bedney has been a provider at BCH since June of 2019. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland and is National Board Certified. Prior to joining BCH, Ms. Bedney provided therapy to adolescents, adults, couples and families. Additionally, Ms.
