I have registered with NextMD, but when I go into pay, I do not have a statement. Why?

After registration, it can take up to 24 hours for your statement to display online. You will receive an email notifying you of a statement on your account when it is ready.

I have a paper statement that shows a different amount due than my online statement. Why?

Your online statement is the most recent statement and should be followed. Your paper statement may not include any recently processed visits with a physician. If you have billing questions, please call 513-354-3700 and ask to speak with our billing department.

Why do I have to have two separate accounts for the surgery center and Beacon Orthopaedics?

The surgery center and Beacon Orthopaedics run on two separate systems. Therefore, you will receive two separate statements.
