At Flagstaff Bone & Joint, we know how valuable your time is. That’s why we offer two convenient ways to pay your bill online. Through our Patient Portal with Athena as well as CareCredit, a credit card designed specifically for all your healthcare needs within our office, an online payment can be made securely at your convenience.

How do I get to the bone and Joint Institute?

Turn right at the Edward Curd Lane traffic light, and take the third left to the Bone and Joint Institute. Free parking available at all Bone and Joint Institute locations.

Telemedicine

Telemedicine visits involve using a computer or phone to talk to your doctor instead of visiting an IBJI office location. If a telemedicine visit is appropriate, our staff is happy to help get you set up.

Pay a bill

Now you have the option to pay your medical bills online. The “pay as a guest” feature allows family members, and other individuals to make online payments on behalf of IBJI patients.

With the IBJI MyChart mobile app, you can access your health info from your smartphone or tablet.

IBJI MyChart Patient Portal FAQs

Your normal test and X-ray results are released to your MyChart account immediately after they are reported by the lab. Advanced imaging results are released to MyChart after your physician has reviewed them.
