Do all Prohealth Care locations use the patient portal to communicate?

Many but not all of our ProHEALTH Care locations use our patient portal to communicate with patients. Check with your doctor’s office to see if the portal is available to you. ProHEALTH is a multi-specialty physician group practice offering one-stop health care for the entire family.

What is the patient portal?

The Patient Portal allows patients who are registered users to communicate with their health care providers and to access certain health information. All registered users of the Patient Portal are subject to the terms and conditions of use (i.e. “Terms of Use”).

How does Prohealth work with urgent care?

Our providers can access and update your ProHealth electronic medical record – so you and your doctors have an accurate, up-to-date picture of your health. Urgent care visits are billed as standard office visits. Contact your insurance company to ask about your plan’s coverage.
