Patients are seen by appointment – on the same day the appointment is made, if possible. If you are a new patient or have not been seen within 3 years, you can request a New Patient appointment below or if you are an established patient, you may schedule an appointment through the Patient Portal by accessing the portal below.

This is a real-time, virtual visit with your provider simply using your existing mobile device or computer, from the comfort of your home, or wherever you may be. Depending on your needs your provider will determine whether a telehealth visit is right for you.
Simply call our office as you normally would to schedule an appointment, and let us know that you are interested in a telehealth visit.
Your provider will direct you to the platform that will work the best for your telehealth visit, which is typically the secure patient portal. Instructions will be send to you prior to your appointment.

Our clinics are open and seeing patients. Many of our providers are now offering telehealth visits, depending on the type of service needed. Please call us to discuss your visit type, and if necessary, we will also contact you with changes.
During this time, we ask that you limit accompanying visitors and attend your appointment alone. The only permitted exceptions will be a single caregiver for a minor patient, or for a patient with a disability or impairment warranting assistance.
