What is the new patient portal for CentraState?
Starting June 22, 2021, CentraState’s physician practices will be moving to a new electronic health record system and new patient portal, MyChart. At that time, access to your practice’s portal account will be limited to medical records for visits that occurred before June 22.
How do I access my Centra Health personal health record?
Confirm your identity and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Access your Centra Health Personal Health Record by creating or logging into you Cerner Health Account. Enter your user name and password associated with your HealthyU account and click “Sign In”.
How do I verify my identity as a Centra patient?
We appreciate everyone's patience during this transition and thank you for choosing Centra as your healthcare provider. Enter the information requested including your first name, last name, and date of birth. Click on the “Email address” tab and enter your email address. Check the “I’m not a robot” box in Identity verification and follow prompts.
How do I update my personal information with centra Medical Group?
Please update your personal information at your next visit to the hospital or any Centra Medical Group practice after September 1, 2018. You can continue to access your old records by clicking on the “Click to access previous data” link below the HealthyU logo on the centrahealth.com website.

View visit summaries and lab, radiology and pathology results from past and current visits

Use MyChart to Pay Your Bill
Once you're logged in to your MyChart account, you can quickly and easily pay your bill. Just click the "Billing" tab, and then "Account Payment." Get started now
