Starting June 22, 2021, CentraState’s physician practices will be moving to a new electronic health record system and new patient portal, MyChart. At that time, access to your practice’s portal account will be limited to medical records for visits that occurred before June 22.
CentraState Medical Center patients have access to our free and secure online patient tools allow you to easily track your medical history, handle routine health management, and communicate with your physicians. Get access to medical records by filling out the request form online. You can request medical records for yourself or someone else.
Billing Before billing you, CentraState will submit a claim to your health insurance provider, including Medicare and Medicaid if applicable, and any secondary insurance. If you owe a balance that was not covered by your insurance, or if you are a self-pay patient, you will receive a statement by mail.
CentraState Medical Center offers free valet parking for patients and visitors. Valet parking attendants are stationed near the admitting entrance at the front of the hospital and at the Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus side entrance. The service is offered weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Yes. You may contact the Credit Department by calling 732-294-7065 . Our hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. In order for us to best serve you, please have your billing statement or account number available for the representative who answers your call.
CentraState also employs physicians. While these physicians are hospital employees, you may still receive a separate bill for their services in the event they process their own billing. A complete list of the physicians or physician groups that we employ can be found here.
