Can I disable a third-party application in the Chi patient portal?

Please note: Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) reserves the right to disable a third-party application, if needed. That application’s terms of use will apply and CHI will not have the control or ability to secure the data you place within that system. The patient portal invitation you receive after visiting one of our facilities will never expire.

How do I use the patient portal?

Patient portals are online tools that help you manage your healthcare, from viewing test results to requesting appointments. Choose the patient portal that corresponds with your location of care: Please do not use MyChart for urgent medical matters. Instead, contact your provider directly or, in the case of emergency, call 911.

Does Chi have the control or ability to secure my data?
