This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.
Primary Care or Specialist Practice’s Patient Portals. Our primary care and specialist practices utilize a separate portal than the hospitals. Please note you must request a portal activation letter from your physician’s office before you can access the patient portal. Please contact your physician’s office for an activation letter.
Our patient portals allow patients to conveniently access lab results, request appointments or prescription refills, and contact their physician from their computer or smartphone. Geneva General Hospital and Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital use a separate patient portal than physician practices.
