New! Expanded Access to Your Medical Information

The 21st Century Cures Act is a recent federal mandate that expands access to medical information. Pursuant to the Cures Act, Nuvance Health will release most test results (excluding genetics) and provider notes through the patient portal as soon as they are available.

Virtual Appointments. Virtual Appointments will allow you to visit with your patients virtually and remotely, ensuring continuity of care. Video and audio from Healthquest's Virtual Appointments are not recorded in any form. Once a video ends, the video and audio end, too.

Does Healthquest keep a video?

Healthquest does not- and will not – keep a copy or recording of that video. Virtual Appointments also include an in-video text chat, allowing physicians and patients to send written messages within Virtual Appointments. And every chat is saved, so you or your patients can refer back to the chat, if needed.
