The Patient Portal provides access to features that will save you time and effort. If you are experiencing issues with logging in to your patient portal, please click “Using Mobile Phone” on the “Access Patient Portal” page to log in with your name and DOB. Please call your provider’s office directly for immediate needs or questions.
How do I login to the women’s care online patient portal?
Select your Women’s Care office from the search list. You will be asked to login using your Patient Portal username and password. Lastly, select a 4-digit or 6-digit PIN.

Due to the sensitivity of some test results and reports, certain protected health information may not be accessible via the Patient Portal. You may obtain a copy of these records by contacting the Medical Records Department. If you have questions about your medical results, please contact your medical provider.
