What is the St Vincent inpatient portal?

St. Vincent Inpatient Portal for securely accessing you or your child’s personal health record for your hospital visit. Outpatient Portal for securely accessing your personal health record provided by your St. Vincent Medical Group physician office.

Meet Our Staff

Virginia Fulton is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in pediatrics. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson State University in 1994 and Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland in 1998.
