Employees’ access and ability to enter or view information is based upon their role in your care. Firewalls, passwords, encryption, and audit trails are further used to safeguard your information. Lexington Medical Center will identify the records released and note the time and date of access each time you access MyChart.

Enrollment Invitation – Laredo Medical Center will send an email to the email address you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.

Where is Limestone Medical Center?

Limestone Medical Center (LMC) in Groesbeck, Texas, near Mexia, Texas, is a brand new 20-bed Critical Access Hospital with a 5 bed emergency room offering convenient access, located directly off of HWY 14. Accredited as a Level IV Trauma Center by the Department of State Health Services. LMC proudly serves the citizens of Limestone County, Freestone County Hill County, also, Leon County, Robertson County, and Navarro County. The hospital is situated on a beautiful campus and is open to all communities. We currently serve many communities including, Groesbeck, Mexia, Kosse, Bremond, Thornton and many others.

Where to turn in an outpatient application?

Applications may be turned in at the Outpatient Registration Desk, Monday – Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or in the Emergency Room 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Applications are processed within a week providing all documents are turned in as requested with the application.

Does Limestone Medical Center accept Medicare?

Limestone Medical Center accepts most major insurances, including Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP. In addition, the Rural Health Clinics offer a sliding fee scale plan to patients who meet the criteria. Patients will not be denied service due to an inability to pay.

What to do if you need medical emergency?

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or need urgent medical care, immediately call 911, go to your local emergency room, and/or call your physician. MyChart is not your complete medical record. MyChart provides you with access to some (but not all) of the information contained in your electronic medical record.

Does Lexington Medical Center respond to messages?

Lexington Medical Center will respond to your message in as timely a manner as is reasonably possible. It is your sole responsibility to monitor your account for messages and other information and to respond and /or act (or not) upon them in a timely and appropriate manner. IV.

Is MyChart copyrighted?

Except as otherwise indicated, all content on MyChart , including text, graphics, logos, button icons, photos, images, forms, audio, video, questionnaires, and software, is the property of Lexington Medical Center or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Can I use MyChart to communicate with a friend?

Any messages you send must be about your healthcare and medical conditions, or those patients for whom you have proxy access, and not those of a friend, family member, or any other person. Do not use a MyChart message if you want to communicate sensitive information directly with an individual practitioner.

Do I need to use MyChart to get medical care?

If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, do not access or use MyChart. The use of MyChart is completely voluntary and is not required to receive health care from Lexington Medical Center. Individuals must be age 16 or older to request a personal MyChart Account.

Is Lexington Medical Center copyrighted?

Lexington Medical Center allows you to view or download a single copy of the material on MyChart solely for your personal, noncommercial use. The compilation of all content on MyChart is the exclusive property of Lexington Medical Center and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
