If you are interested in MyHealthHome access for your child (ren) or an adult for whom you are legally responsible and that individual is a patient, you will need to request access via the instructions here for information on how to grant access to a designated caregiver/guardian..
Will my portal information be secure? Yes. MyHealthHome uses a secure, encrypted connection and all health data is stored on a secure server. Personal and medical information in the MyHealthHome portal remains confidential. Only you – and those you authorize – are able to see or gain access to the information in your portal.

Their practice is located within Grand View Health and is available to patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They only see hospitalized patients and do not have outpatient medical offices. These physicians have strong backgrounds in general and critical care medicine.
