Smoking Policy

MMH is a tobacco-free facility. For the safety and health of our patients, visitors and team members, smoking and the use of tobacco products is not permitted anywhere in the hospital or on hospital grounds.

Visiting Hours

Due to COVID-19, our visiting hours are currently 9 AM to 7 PM. Additionally, no visitors under the age of 16 will be permitted. Learn more about our COVID-19 Visitor Guidelines here.

Interpreter Services

If you are in need of a language interpreter or sign language assistance, please notify a registration clerk or your admitting nurse.

What is API Portal?

We are now connected with API (Application Programming Interface) Portals to provide you a way to store all your medical records from multiple health systems in one secure location, fully under your control!

HealtheLife allows patients to manage their health by providing real-time access to their health information. Gain access to your patient portal by providing a personal email address upon admission.

Can you use a patient portal in an emergency?

The Patient Portal can be accessed using any computer, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection. The patient portal is not to be used in emergencies. If you require urgent or immediate medical care, call 911.

Can you share your health records with other providers?

No. Only you may elect to share summaries of your care with other healthcare providers. We do not share your personal information and strictly follow our Privacy Policy. You may read that policy online or when you enroll in Health Records Online.

Patient Portals contain your online medical records. You may view your records from your doctor or hospital visits, lab results, x-ray reports, and much more. Just sign into the applicable portal link below; each offers a secure connection that requires your personal login to access your medical records.
