We provide primary care services for children aged 0 to 18. Our goal is to be more than just your doctor we want to be your partner in providing a personalized healthcare experience and establish a relationship for life.
If I am transferring to NPC from another practice , what is the process?
You will need to come to NPC or your Primary Physician and sign a release form for Medical Records.
When can I set up an appointment once I become established to your practice?
We will see you for a Sick appointment that same day ( if available appointment) . We will schedule your child a Physical once we have received Medical Records from the previous Provider.
What do I need to do if I have a child that becomes sick after you are closed?
You will call our main number 336-789-6267 and you will be connected to Call – A Nurse. If it is during the week they have the capability to give you an appointment for the next morning.
Does your Providers require my child be vaccinated?
Our Providers do suggest that all children be vaccinated but that is patients’ rights , you can sign a refusal of.
