Cancellations

If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least one day in advance so we can give your time to another patient. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you cannot give 24 hours’ notice, please call as soon as you know you will be unable to keep your time.

Board-Certification

The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) establishes educational standards for orthopaedic residents and also evaluates the initial and continuing qualifications and knowledge of orthopaedic surgeons. When an orthopaedic surgeon has been board-certified, he/she has completed all necessary training to be a well-qualified surgeon.

Dr. Cash obtained his Doctor of Medicine at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, TN. He then attended residency at UCLA in Los Angeles, CA before completing his Orthopaedic Surgery fellowship training at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, NY.
