How do I request an account in the patient portal?

If you do not have an upcoming appointment, you will need to click Request an Account in the Patient Portal and proceed to enter the requested information. If you have any questions or need help, please contact us at 361-887-7000 (M-F 8 am-5 pm).

How do I access my reports and images from my appointment?

Access your reports and images online! Schedule your appointment online. View reports sent from the radiologist to your referring provider. View your exam images captured during your visit. Download your medical information. Create a new account to see your complete exam history. Use your Portal Pass iCode provided during your visit.

What is the purpose of the new patient portal?

Our new patient portal is part of our ongoing commitment to provide convenient access for patients to healthcare information. The HIPAA Privacy Rule gives patients access to their medical information, and we have always honored patients' requests for results.

Request an Appointment

Radiology Associates offers appointment requests online for most exams. Please Click on “Request An Appointment” button below then select the exam you are requesting and fill out the form. Our Patient Services Coordinator will contact you by phone with a day and time for your appointment.

Please Note

To ensure accurate scheduling and excellent patient care, we require a copy of your order form you received from your doctor. You may take a picture via your smartphone and email it to orders@ra-slo.com

If you are trying to obtain information about a recent visit, please note that it may take one or two business days for your records to appear in your account.**You will need to enter your PIN if you have not already established a link between your Health Companion account and Radiology Associates.
