Patients will not receive any medical advice through the SOMC Patient Portal or the Patient Portal Technical Support Hotline. Patients are advised to contact their physician with any questions related to their medical care or test results.

How do I view my results in the previous patient portal?

To view your results in our former portal, please visit www.somc.org, click “Patient Portal” and then select “Previous Patient Portal.” If you encounter any issues or have an unsuccessful enrollment, please call 740-356-2727 and leave a message for our Portal Help Team who will be happy to assist you.
