A patient will use this portal, if you have been hospitalized at Hampden Medical Center, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center or St. Joseph Medical Center. The PatientPORTAL App connects you, the patient, with your healthcare provider. The App enables you to view upcoming appointments and lab results, as well as send and receive secure messages for yourself and any dependents that you may have for easy communication with your provider.
Use '@psu.edu' email to access Penn State Office 365 or '@pennstatehealth.psu.edu' email for PSH Office 365. To access PSH Office 365 apps other than Outlook, you'll need to be on PSH secure network or access via VPN/Remote Portal.
Simply download the app and register, and then select a provider and 'click. ' Once you select a provider, the online communication begins shortly thereafter! Telehealth providers accessed via the Penn State Health OnDemand app will diagnose, may suggest follow-up care, and can prescribe medication.
If your provider offers a patient portal, you will need a computer and internet connection to use it. Follow the instructions to register for an account. Once you are in your patient portal, you can click the links to perform basic tasks. You can also communicate with your provider's office in the message center.
