How do I sign up for enrollment at Plateau Medical?
Enrollment Invitation – Plateau Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
Does Plateau Medical offer virtual appointments?
The doctors at Plateau Medical are now offering Virtual Appointments. This means you can be seen by your physician via video call or phone calls. We now offer online booking. Please follow all the instructions for Online Booking, which is different than the virtual appointments

Is the hospital entrance open 24/7?
The front entrance/ER entrance of the hospital will continue to be open 24/7; the north entrance (back entrance) will be open to patients and visitors Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. - 5 p.m.
