Navigate to the Practice Dashboard clicking the Home button on the left navigation bar. Click on the Import patients tile. You will need to have an Excel or CSV file that contains your list of patients that you would like to import.
CSV, allowing Practice Fusion users enhanced access to their data. To export your report, select Run Report and click Export or Export to CSV. Choose the location where you would like to save your file, then select Save. Note: The Appointment report and Prescription report can be printed but not exported.
