How do I enroll in the south county hospital patient portal?

A member of the South County Health Patient Access team will contact you to enroll you in the South County Hospital patient portal during operating hours Monday-Friday. If you have any questions or would like to contact Health Information Management directly, call 401-788-1477.

What is the patient portal and how does it work?

The Patient Portal is a secure, online home for your inpatient hospital health information. In the Patient Portal, you can: View and share your personal health information related to your hospital stays.

How do I sign up for the patient portal?

Our new Patient Portal allows you to access these features, all from the comfort of your own home! Sign-up is easy, we just need your email address! To get started, please provide your email address when you call to make an appointment or email us at info@southcountyurological.com.
