The online patient portal is offered to adults, age 18 and over, and to parents or legal guardians of children up to age 12. View most laboratory and radiology results online. Access most health records in one place, such as procedures, immunizations, medications, allergies and health issues.
You may access your patient portal via the Healthelife app as well; if you are a new user please notify your registration team member or contact Medical Records. Also, you may access portions of your Health Record via an Application Processing Interface (API) of your choice. All information is private and secure from unauthorized access.
NOTE: To self-enroll in our new patient portal, you must have your medical record number. If you do not know your medical record number, please contact your healthcare provider or Health Information Management at 573.651.5534.
