What's new at stride community health?

With one of the largest population bases of any Community Health Center in Colorado, this change was aimed at modernizing the tools and systems we use at STRIDE. It has also improved the resources we can offer our patients and clinicians.

Through the My Health Connection Patient Portal, STRIDE patients can now: We have partnered with the UCHealth System to purchase and support this new technology. We are not becoming a UCHealth clinic, and we are not being acquired. While we will be sharing our EHR system with UCHealth, we are and will remain an independent organization.

What is a stride community health center?

STRIDE Community Health Centers are Certified Application Assistance Sites and can help you apply for health insurance ; such as Medicaid and CHP+, for individuals’ birth to 64 years of age. If you are interested in learning more about the programs and enrollment services provided, our knowledgeable Enrollment Specialists will meet with you to walk you through the different options and plans available to you and your family.
