As an ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center and an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI, TriStar Skyline is a leading provider of emergency care. The facility offers medical and surgical programs, including heart and vascular, oncology, orthopedics/spine, and CARF accredited rehabilitation. Behavioral health services are offered at the TriStar Skyline Madison Campus.

What time does Tristar Skyline open for registration?

The main admitting area is located on the first floor of the hospital just inside the main entrance. It is open for registration Mon -Fri: 6:00am - 6:00pm. In addition, we are offering outpatient services on Saturday mornings. We are happy to answer any questions you might have concerning your visit by calling (615) 769-7030.

Can you leave a child in the waiting room during a blood test?

For your comfort, you may choose to wear loose comfortable clothing. For safety reasons, children (who are not the patient) may not be present during a procedure or left unattended in the waiting room. Ask your physician whether or not you will need to arrange for someone to drive you home after your test.

  • Your room is equipped with a nurse call system. If you need assistance, press the bedside call light (red button). A second call light is located in the bathroom for your convenience.

Mail and Flower Delivery

  • Any mail will be delivered to your room daily. Mail received after you've gone home will be forwarded to the address on your hospital record. Flowers are delivered to your room as they arrive at the hospital.   • Every effort is made to make sure that everything in your room is in proper working order and that you are comfortable. If you experience any problems with your room or the equipment in it (lights, TV, shower, air conditioner, bed, etc.), please notify your nurse, who will arrange to address the problem.
