UT Health Austin’s MyUTHA Patient Portal is your secure, online connection to portions of your UT Health Austin electronic medical record. Is MyUTHealth a federal company?

MyUTHealth is owned and operated by UTHealth and is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and email address is treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased by MyUTHealth.

Where is the patient registration office located?

Please arrive at the Patient Registration Office, located in the main lobby across from the Information Desk, at the time specified by your doctor. The staff will review the admitting information with you and make any necessary corrections.

Can you visit UT Medical Center?

ATTENTION: In the interest of patient and visitor safety, UT Medical Center in partnership with our health care community has implemented visitor restrictions. No one with any illness (fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.) should visit the medical center unless seeking treatment. Only household contacts (people living in the same home) or those critical to our patients’ health care support may visit.
