How do I contact Bayless in case of a crisis?

If you are currently experiencing a crisis please call the crisis hotline at 602-427-4600. If for any reason the patient is unable to keep the scheduled appointment it is the responsibility of the Patient, Parent, and/or Legal Guardian to call Bayless staff, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, to cancel.

It’s how we can paint a comprehensive and integrated picture of their health, even via telemedicine services. Today, in-person appointments are not practical.
