How do I Reset my Password in the Frederick health patient portal?

A “Frederick Health Patient Portal - Password Reset” enrollment email from portal@frederick.health will be sent to the email address provided; please allow up to 24 hours for delivery. Complete your enrollment using the instructions provided in that email.
