What are patient portals and how do they work?

Amberwell Health provides patient portals as a secure online website that gives you, the patient, convenient 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere with an internet connection.

How do I get Started with the Chas Health app?

It includes links to download the CHAS Health App, log in, and confirm your patient information—everything you need! Activate your account at least one day before your appointment. Then, log in to the CHAS Health App 15 minutes before your video visit. Patients are sometimes worried about using a new technology for the first time.

What is the patient portal (mychc)?

Our patient portal, myCHC, gives you 24/7 access to your medical record, appointment history, test results, and more. myCHC is a secure way to talk to your provider, request referrals, see upcoming appointments, and see a summary of your visit. You can also download the healow app to use directly on your phone.

Does Chas offer pediatric care?

CHAS Health Offers Pediatric Care! Share Your CHAS Health Success Story! Today, CHAS Health and communities around the nation are honoring individuals who were homeless when they died this year.
