Make an Appointment

Patients are seen by appointment – on the same day the appointment is made if possible. To schedule an appointment, please call 804-320-DOCS during regular business hours.

New Patients

New patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. You can download, print, and complete the forms prior to your appointment. Please bring the completed forms, a list of all medications you are currently taking, recent copies of x-rays, lab results and your insurance card to your appointment.

Visiting hours are subject to change based on a patient's medical condition, and each patient is limited to two visitors at a bedside at any time. For infection control purposes, food, drink or plants are not allowed in patient's rooms.

Where is the vending machine in Spotsylvania?

Vending is located in the lobby of the ER and on the west end of the main corridor opposite the chapel. If you need any assistance locating a vending area, please ask a member of the staff.

Can you accept Facebook friend requests for Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center?

SRMC healthcare nurses, doctors or other staff members are not allowed to accept Facebook “friend” requests from you. SRMC policy prohibits providers from posting pictures of patients or being “tagged” in a picture of a patient on a social media site. Please be mindful of your healthcare providers' privacy, professional boundaries and confidentiality. They have been instructed to remove any tags from pictures on social media sites that patients have posted. Our patients and their family/friends appreciate you respecting their privacy by not posting their pictures or discussing their experiences at SRMC on any social media sites.
