How do I access my PCC patient portal?

With a MyPCC account, you can access this information through the PCC website. You will log into the portal using a secure username and password. PCC's new electronic health record is athenahealth. This product's Patient Portal will make communicating with your provider and your health center much easier.

What can I expect from PCC?

Automated Messaging - Look forward to receiving automated phone calls, emails, or text messages (based on your preference) from PCC to remind you of your appointments, billing, and preventive and follow-up care. Also, you will be notified when test results are available in the Patient Portal.

COVID-19 Vaccines at PCC: PCC is following the Phase 1a, 1b, 1c, and 2 definitions as recommended by the Illinois Department of Public Health and our local health departments.

When is PCC testing scheduled?

Tests can usually be done that day or the next. Testing is scheduled Monday through Friday.

Can you get PCC testing in Illinois?

Yes, PCC is testing individuals without symptoms. If you attended a mass gathering (such as a rally or protest), we encourage you to schedule a test. If you are interested in other locations for testing, on the West Side and throughout Illinois, go to http://www.dph.illinois.gov/testing.

Is there an appointment for PCC testing?

Yes, testing is by appointment only. Patients who are interested in testing, or have questions about COVID-19, should call PCC’s COVID-19 hotline at 773-295-3347; they will speak with a PCC provider. Providers are able to speak with patients in English or Spanish.

Can you get a PCC test the same day?

PCC is offering this testing to anyone from our communities, even if not currently a PCC patient. Same-day testing is available. If you call by 12:00 pm, the test can often be done the same day, pending availability.
