The Phoebe Patient Portal is a convenient way to manage your personal healthcare and connect with your doctor. This online tool securely stores your medical history, medications, personal information used by doctors and nurses along with inpatient records, lab results and more. Access your records at any time.

How do I get my medical records from Phoebe health?

You can also email HIMROI@phoebehealth.com to request your medical records. Please include a call back telephone number, patient’s full name, date of birth, the visit date of the records needed, and the address where the medical records can be mailed or if pick-up is preferred.

What do I do if I have trouble logging in to Phoebe patient?

If you experience trouble logging in or accessing Phoebe Patient, please call 229-312-5465, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. If you register for Phoebe Patient and forget your password, you can simply click the “Forgot Password?” link below the sign-in box on the sign-in page.
