What is eyeeye reach patients?

Eye Reach Patients is a patient communications system designed to help optometrists, ophthalmologists, and optical shops engage and retain patients. Through automated reminders and messages, online scheduling, and more, we ensure that patients are thinking about you... and we free up your time so you can get back to delivering high quality care.

What is a patient portal?

Patient portals allow you access to different parts of your information with Northwest Eye Surgeons. Login to experience the features of each site. You must have a registered email address and security code in order to create an account on the patient portal.

What should I do if I am having issues accessing the portal?

If you are having issues accessing the patient portal, please call us at 800-826-4631 for assistance. Nextech Patient Portal – send an email to your provider, submit a refill request, and view your medical records

What can I do with the eye-drop portal?

This is a secure gateway you can use to: Request refills on your eye-drop medications We will attempt to respond to your requests and inquiries in a timely manner. The portal is NOT an appropriate place to contact us for an emergency or if you have a time-sensitive issue.
