Visit summaries allow patients to view clinical information pulled from the EHR. Patients will be able to see their demographic information, allergies, medical conditions, medications, and more. Patients can email or download their clinical summaries from the patient portal for their personal records, or to send to another provider.
Staff can upload notes, send documentation, and reply to patient messages without leaving the EHR. Customizable message type options can triage patient inquiries to ensure questions reach the correct staff member every time, whether they’re related to billing procedures, administrative questions, or clinical issues.
