A patient portal is an online tool that offers 24 hour access to a secure environment where you can access your personal health information. Once you’ve scheduled an appointment with our office, you’ll be invited via email to create an account in one of our two patient portals.

There are currently 2 portals that Orthopedic One uses. Which portal you are invited to, will be dependent on your provider. In some cases, you may be invited to both portals. The functions you use in each portal will be specific to your physician provider.

You need access to a computer or device with an up-to-date browser, like Chrome or Edge. MyChart is owned and operated by Epic. It is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and email address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records.
You will generally receive an answer within one to two business days. MyChart should not be used for urgent situations. Please contact your physician's office if the situation requires prompt attention or call 911 if it is an emergency.
Now you have the option to pay your medical bills online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The “pay as a guest” feature allows spouses, family members, and other individuals to make online payments on behalf of OrthoVirginia patients.
