Our patient portals are designed to give you access to your electronic medical health records (EMR), from either the hospital or our affiliated clinics. Registered users are permitted to view personal health information from the hospital or our affiliated clinics 24/7. Users will be able to view:

What if I am unable to login to the patient portal?

If you are unable to login, please try to re-enroll. Our Patient Portal is a personalized online resource that allows you to stay current on your healthcare information by providing access to your hospital test results, medical records, and a direct line of communication to your physician's office when it's convenient for you.

What is the FollowMyHealth patient portal?

The FollowMyHealth Patient Portal is a service provided by RMC Health System for patients at no cost to you.

Where can I enroll in-person at Rutland Regional Medical Center?

If you do not qualify, you can still enroll in-person at Outpatient Registration located on the main floor at Rutland Regional Medical Center. On Sept. 28 and 29, the Patient Portal experienced connectivity issues that prevented it from saving information.

What is mydoorcountyhealth.org?

MyDoorCountyHealth.org is a free, online tool to help patients manage their health. Patients will have secure access to health information, as well as that of their minor children and other family members who designate.#N#I'm ready to sign in, take me to the Patient Portal

Where Does My Health Information Come From?

All of your information is pulled directly from your electronic health record. You will see information from your visits to all Rutland Regional provider locations.

How Do I Use my Patient Portal?

The patient portal is designed to be easy to use and intuitive. Once you have established your account, simply select My Health to start viewing specific health information. If you have questions or concerns about how to find information, please feel free to call us at 1.877.621.8014. We are here 24/7!

How Do I View My Health Information?

Click the “My Health” section. Here, you can choose to view different categories of information.

What if My Medical Information is Incorrect?

If you've found an error or need information changed in your medical records, please fill out the Request for Amendment/Correction of Health Information Form. Once you've completed the form, please mail it to:

Can I Have Access to My Child's or to Another Adult's Medical Information?

Once proxy access is approved, you will receive an email invite. You must accept the email invite, which will then direct you to the next step to complete the proxy access. With proxy access, you are able to easily toggle back and forth between your personal medical record, and all proxy accounts to which you have been granted access.

How to Get Started

Get started today by enrolling in My Health Rec at your next inpatient visit. You can also set up your own patient portal account by using our self-enrollment tool. My Health Rec is available for all patients who have registered and had services provided to them from the facility.
